Farmer Contractor app for iPhone and iPad

TATA International is looking for a mobile application which can be used by Farmer and contractor. In the application, Farmer and Contractor will be able to signup with their email. Once the signup is done, Farmer, will be able to create a new request for a Sales quote. The Contractor will be able to view the Sales Quote request. From the Sales quote Request, the contractor will create a new Sales Quote and send the Quote to the Farmer who created the request. The farmer will be able to view the list of Sales Quote against the Request and will approve the Sales quote. The approved Sales quote will be sent to the Contractor.
